Make the steel
the architecture.
NA Steel works across structural steel, bespoke staircases, balustrades, pergolas, custom screens and architectural metalwork. This concept gives those projects the visual presence they currently deserve.
Switch the steel expression.
Stop hiding the work inside service pages.
NA Steel’s existing site already has a broad specialist offering, but the work is presented mainly through service explanations and scattered images. The redesign makes the portfolio a primary sales tool: filterable, visual and structured like proper architectural case studies.
Structural strength on one side. Fine architectural detail on the other.
The current website positions NA Steel across structural steel, staircases, balustrades, mild steel, pergolas and custom screens, with sister divisions covering glass/aluminium and architectural joinery.
Structural steel
Building frameworks, mezzanine floors, staircases and reinforcement applications presented as a proper construction capability.
02 / MOVEMENT↗Bespoke staircases
Floating, spiral and custom staircase routes built around visual impact, functionality and architectural integration.
03 / EDGE↗Balustrades
Glass, stainless-steel and mild-steel balustrades positioned as architectural systems rather than isolated products.
04 / FEATURE↗Architectural steel
Custom screens, pergolas, gates and bespoke mild-steel features that can carry a strong design story.
05 / GROUP↗Glass & aluminium
The current site presents NA Glass & Aluminium as a specialist division for glazing, aluminium systems and frameless glass solutions.
06 / GROUP↗Architectural joinery
The current site presents NA Design as the architectural-joinery division for cabinetry, bespoke woodwork and shopfitting.
Let clients see how steel works with glass and timber.
This is particularly useful because NA’s current offering crosses architectural steel, glass/aluminium and joinery. A visual material system makes that broader capability feel deliberate rather than disconnected.
Steel can be the frame, the feature or the connector between materials.
Steel-led
Strong graphic lines, structure, staircases, pergolas and custom architectural metalwork.
Glass integration
Frameless and stainless-steel balustrade routes can be shown as complete architectural details instead of product descriptions.
Joinery integration
Timber treads, handrails and adjacent joinery can be shown alongside steel where approved project content supports it.
Turn enquiries into something the office can actually download.
I added a working concept for the future lead workflow. In this static demo, enquiries can be stored locally in the browser and exported as CSV from a hidden preview dashboard. In production, the same idea would use a secure database / CRM so the team can filter, assign and export leads properly.
Website enquiries → structured lead records → CSV.
The goal is to stop project enquiries disappearing into a general inbox with no consistent format.
Useful now. Smarter later.
A proper production system could email the right person instantly, save the enquiry to a lead database and allow Debbie / management to download a filtered CSV whenever they need it.
Two decades of work should feel like a visual archive, not a block of copy.
NA Steel’s current website states more than 20 years in the construction industry and positions the business around quality craftsmanship, structural steel installations, gates and balustrade fabrication. The redesign keeps that credibility but makes approved project work the centre of the story.
